Taking into consideration dynamic development in year 2010 the Board of Director decided to build a new warehouse. Amtra’s warehouse in Sosnowiec is 2 396 sq.m big, and includes 2930 pallet places. The warehouse is a distribution center, covering customer order from whole Poland. In order to improve the distribution process a new WMS computer system has been introduced – Quguar, from Quantum company. The software handles reception, issuance and storage process. System covers all areas and processes, what effectively shortens issuance orders. It also simplifies the work of storekeepers, thanks to automatic indication of product storage areas. Logistics in Amtra Ltd. is operated by 21 employees.
